“What’s the matter?”

The one who stood blocking Mi Ju behind him, shielding her as if hiding her, was none other than Department Head Yoon Tae Ha.

Section Chief Sung, who until just moments ago had been shouting furiously as though about to devour Mi Ju, instantly recoiled in surprise upon seeing the department head and quickly tucked his tail between his legs.

“It’s nothing, Department Head. Please don’t worry about it, haha.”

He tried to brush it off and slip away quickly, but the department head wouldn’t let him go.

“If it’s nothing, then why were you shouting so loudly? Let’s hear it.”

Left with no choice, Section Chief Sung explained the situation. Hearing the story, the department head furrowed his handsome brow and asked again.

“So you’re telling me you want a UI designer to review storyboards as well?”

“Well, not exactly ‘review’—just to catch any obvious typos, perhaps…”

“Information architecture, brand identity, readability—UI designers are already swamped with concerns like these. On top of that, they’re completely occupied with OneApp team tasks right now. How can you dump proofreading onto someone like that? Have you lost your mind? Who’s responsible for this anyway?”

“I… am.”

“So you’re the responsible party, yet you’ve dumped all the work onto others and haven’t even bothered to double-check yourself?”

The department head reprimanded him sharply. Even Mi Ju listening from the side felt embarrassed for him.

“The OneApp team is our top priority now. From now on, do not assign any additional tasks to Associate Manager Lee Mi Ju—handle everything within your own development team.”

“Yes, I’ll correct it immediately.”
