The reason Si Hyun had been obsessed with marriage until now was that. Having never had a place in her family since she was young, she wanted to get married quickly and build a happy home.

Dodging the subtly recommending trainer skillfully and signing up for three months, Si Hyun changed into workout clothes and started exercising.

She started with the manageable treadmill, but as she increased the speed a little, she was quickly out of breath. She felt regretful realizing how long it had been since she exercised. She should have at least walked regularly.

Wanting to get off right away, but determined, she walked for thirty minutes and was literally out of breath. Si Hyun, who had stepped off the treadmill, fell to the ground and took deep breaths.

Taking a brief rest, she sneaked a look around to see how other people were exercising.

The fitness club was bustling with office workers at the end of the workday. Several people were spread out on mats stretching, and all the machines were taken.

However, upon closer inspection, the eyes of those working out were elsewhere.

A young lady doing situps, a middleaged man running on the treadmill, an older woman sitting at an arm machine, all were stealing glances towards one direction.

Curious, Si Hyun followed their gazes to a man in the middle of bench press exercise. Even at a glance, the weight he was lifting was immense.

The giant barbell was lifted and lowered in a precise rhythm by the man, like a machine.

His face was hidden by his prone position, but his bulging bicep muscles were clearly visible. The volume of his pectoral muscles was also palpable even through his black workout clothes.

She couldn’t help but utter a word of admiration. As she did so, someone suddenly spoke up next to her.

“Isn’t he insane? That guy.”
Startled, she turned to see a young lady who had been stretching nearby.

“He can easily do the 500 in three!”
Si Hyun didn’t know what ‘500 in three’ meant, but from the tone of her voice, it seemed like an impressive feat, so she played along.

“Wow, that’s impressive.”
“Once it’s this time, girls swarm here just to see him. So, if you want to work out when it’s less crowded, it’s best to avoid this time.”
Si Hyun looked around again. Now that she mentioned it, the ratio of female members did seem unusually high.

The girl who had struck up a conversation seemed to be in her early twenties and seemed quite friendly.

“Thank you for letting me know.”
“You can speak comfortably to me. I’m 23, you’re older than me, right?”
Si Hyun smiled. It was obvious that she was older, but the girl’s courtesy in asking was quite endearing.

Her name was Jung Ye In. At a glance, she looked like a lively modern girl, but she was actually a medical student at Korea University, which surprised Si Hyun.

“You must be busy with studies, but you work out so hard. That’s impressive.”
“I come to see that oppa.”
Pointing at the man now doing leg press, Ye In giggled.

“No matter how busy I am, I grit my teeth and come here. Thanks to that, I’ve become quite fit.”

She was just dressed in the basic loose Tshirt and shorts provided by the gym, but Ye In was wearing workout leggings.

Looking enviously at Ye In’s long and slender legs, Si Hyun asked.

“But there are many trainers with good bodies. Do you need to go that far for him?”

At the familiar voice, Si Hyun was startled and dropped the grip.
