From the corner, I watched the congratulatory procession greeting my mother while nibbling on finger foods with Anselot.

It would be impolite to leave before the Emperor, so I intended to wait until the procession ended and my mother departed—then I would leave as well.

It was now the turn of the envoys from the Taal Kingdom.

The envoys walked toward my mother, bearing gifts they had carefully brought all the way from their homeland.

I spotted the woman at the head of the group, with blue hair and violet eyes.

I recognized her instantly.

She was the very woman who had been with Hezen on the day I realized I had transmigrated into a game and that I was Hezen’s romanceable character!
