His lips were smiling, but his eyes were not. He looked down at Celia with calm, unreadable eyes.

“No.”
Celia sharply slapped away Ileon’s hand, which was carelessly braiding her hair.
“I desire nothing at all.”
“Nothing you desire?”
No, there was something she desired.

It seems this ML is emotionally challenged. His emotions are either default/indifferent or irritation. The latter of which he doesn’t even realize why he feels so.
