Sun Woo would have lamented why he tortured himself if he had seen this.
As soon as the elevator stopped at the ninth floor, Dan Woo pulled Ji An to his side.
She was hoping there would be at least two doors, but there was only one, and Ji An looked around, not knowing where to rest her eyes.
“A penthouse?”
“People call it that.”
The penthouse had a different structure from the first floor they had just been on. A short corridor led from the entrance to the living room.
Ji An’s exclamation as she looked around the house with a face that seemed to say ‘even a country bumpkin wouldn’t live like this’ echoed in the highceilinged space.
Dan Woo, from behind, held Ji An and rested his face on her shoulder, and pointed around the house in turn, his voice trailing off.
“I’ll go wash up. Wait a moment… That’s the kitchen over there. And that’s the balcony.”
Dan Woo pressed his lips deeply onto Ji An’s cheek, then peeled them away and headed for the bathroom.
She dumbly watched Dan Woo’s back as he disappeared into the bathroom, and she murmured aimlessly about the large house.
Wouldn’t it be totally lonely to live alone in such a big house?
Then, what is the first floor house for?

If we live here together, will I be able to see his face?
It would take a while to find Dan Woo, wouldn’t it?
Ji An climbed up to the low staircase connected to the balcony and looked around the house.
The space, filled with a black leather sofa and table, and grey walls and monotonous lighting, looked dark and cold.
A moment later, she opened the large window connected to the balcony and carefully stepped onto the sunlit wooden deck.
The deck, which had absorbed the winter sunlight all day, was warm, and the afternoon wind was not chilly, so the spring atmosphere slipped between her hair strands.
“It feels like spring.”
Ji An stepped forward, taking in the view of the spacious balcony that looked like the yard of a house.
As she turned her gaze, she could see the pergola of the balcony divided into sections according to the flooring, the vertical garden, the trees taller than herself, the grass, and the mini basketball court.
So, the rich play basketball even on the rooftop. The noise between floors must be no joke.
Ji An, marveling at the Han River spread out in front of her wideopen view, unknowingly closed her eyes.

Though it was a strange place, the thought of it being Dan Woo’s space made her heart throb along with the wind that came across the sky.
Dan Woo, fresh from his shower, looked around the house in a much more comfortablelooking soft fabric Tshirt.
He looked around for Ji An and discovered the open balcony door.
As he stepped up the low staircase, he saw Ji An with her face surrendered to the wind.
“You stand so beautifully. I can’t take my eyes off you.”
Ji An turned around at his presence, the wind fluttering her hair as she smiled, which turned his mind blank.
Each time Ji An moved her slender ankle and her adorable feet touched the deck, Dan Woo’s lips curled up a little more.
Dan Woo, with his large strides, walked over, pulled Ji An into his arms, and looked down at her.
Dan Woo’s lips brushed against Ji An’s face, where her smile had widely spread, on her forehead, down her nose, and finally, their lips met.
Ji An wrapped her arms around Dan Woo’s neck as he tried to pull away. She stood on tiptoe, kissing him a little longer than he had, hesitating to pull away, and kissed him once more, this time a little longer.
Dan Woo tilted his head slightly to meet her gaze and lightly pressed his fingertips against Ji An’s lips.

The lips that touched his fingertips assured him that this moment was not a dream.
Her existence, like sunlight, filled his sinking then rising chest, making the air around them swell.
Dan Woo’s voice was a little deeper.
“Can I continue next?”
Ji An, her cheeks flushing red, shyly opened her mouth.
“The fairy tales I’ve read only go up to here. You’re up next.”
“You speak so prettily… I’m glad I asked. I didn’t want to hold back anymore either.”
Dan Woo, his head slightly tilted, lowered it and wrapped his arm around her back.
His breath touched her taut lips, came a little closer, shyly curled, and entered her slightly parted lips.
His gentle touch wrapped around Ji An’s slender neck and softly stroked it.
Hiccup.
As Ji An’s hurried breath slipped out from between her lips, his hand loosened. However, soon after, their breaths intertwined, and their lips permeated each other without a gap.
In the serene time as if the world had stopped, Ji An’s breath rooted in Dan Woo’s space.

Each time Dan Woo’s lips delved a bit deeper, Ji An trembled, but she didn’t want to push him away or back off.
She wanted to remain connected for as long as she had missed him, if not longer.
The kiss, which had been cautious, became a bit intense, then tender, and pulled away when they both blended into one.
“……”
“……”
Even that seemed regrettable as Dan Woo took Ji An’s lips again. The united breath permeated once more as one.
With a mildsmiling face, Dan Woo wanted to support Ji An, who made him happier than anyone in the world.
He wanted to take in all her pain, tears, and even her casual laughter, and make them his own.
Ji An relied entirely on Dan Woo with her consciousness that had become far off to the point her eyelashes trembled. As uncontrollable emotions poured in, her desire for him became more earnest.
As Ji An’s breath gradually built up, Dan Woo’s lips belatedly retreated.
When she quietly buried her face in his chest, his heart pounded loudly. His heart was also racing to the point he couldn’t regain his senses.
Dan Woo’s voice, waiting for Ji An to get comfortable, scattered at the top of her head.

“It’s not something you learn from a book. I was just greedy because I like you.”
The moment their lips met was poignant, and Dan Woo’s hand, sweeping her hair, was warm.
Dan Woo eased his regret with a short kiss and pulled Ji An’s hand.
Due to his visit to the Sea Pine family and the subsequent exercise with Sun Woo, his stomach had been empty the whole time. Even his iron stamina had to reach its limit.
“Let’s go in. Let’s eat first.”
“Eat?”
Ji An recalled that she hadn’t had lunch because she had received a call from Tae Yoon while going to the restaurant.
As they stepped into the house side by side, two maids were coming out of the dining room. One of them stepped forward.
“The meal is ready.”
“Thank you for your work. You may go now.”
Dan Woo pulled out the dining chair for Ji An to sit down, and then he sat down in the chair across from her.
Ji An looked at the neatly set Korean table with surprise.
The sudden appearance of maids and a meal in the house that had been completely empty. Curious about the events that happened without her knowledge, she looked at Dan Woo.
Dan Woo told her that there was a lounge and restaurant in the basement for the residents.
“The assistants aren’t resident but are a service that residents can use when called.”
“That’s certainly different.”
“Living is similar though.”
Dan Woo placed pork belly wrapped in water parsley on Ji An’s rice and grinned, raising his lips. As if to say she should start eating in response, he pointed to her bowl.

An Indifferent Woman is the One Men Desire the Most
One-line summary: The female lead is actually cold-hearted and extremely rational. She has stage-by-stage relationships and won’t two-time, but there will always be someone who secretly likes her.
This novel has the following triggers, so if you’re sensitive to these, please don’t read:
1. The female lead has had many relationships, but she treated each one seriously and broke up properly.
It’s just that the men unilaterally pestered her incessantly. For the female lead, when she doesn’t like someone anymore, she simply doesn’t like them.
(This applies to her relationships with Male Lead 1, 2, 3, and 4 as well, but she’s loyal in each 1-on-1 relationship!)
2. In this novel, Male Lead 2 and the female lead kiss in a car, and Male Lead 1 sees it and beats up Male Lead 2.
The female lead calls the police and sends both Male Lead 1 and 2 to the police station! Male Lead 1 begs the female lead not to break up with him.
3. Male Lead 1 has a gentle appearance but an obsessive personality.
Male Lead 2 has a delicate and soft appearance, slightly green tea-like (two-faced).
Male Lead 3 is a youthful college student and a smart person who has secretly liked the female lead for a long time.
Male Lead 4 is the female lead’s father’s special assistant, a business elite with deep, hidden thoughts.
4. At the beginning of this novel, the female lead has already broken up with Male Lead 1 (Chapter 4) and gotten back together with Male Lead 2 (ex-boyfriend).
5. Enter with caution if you have triggers!!!
