Hye Won walked through Hangang Park holding Tae Beom’s hand. Since his face wasn’t widely recognized despite his fame, they could move around relatively freely outdoors.

Sitting on a bench, Hye Won ate a hot dog. Watching the sugar drip down, Tae Beom brushed off her legs.

“Is it good?”

“Super good. Crispy outside, soft inside, and the sausage is perfectly chewy—it’s seriously delicious. Want a bite?”

“No.”

“If you don’t want it, just say so—why the serious face…?”

“…No, I’m fine. I really don’t want any.”

“Fine then.”

He added softly with belated affection. Hye Won frowned, as if it were already too late, and took another bite of her hot dog.

“How can you eat so well yet stay this thin?”

“Wow, are you backhandedly insulting me?”

“Every time I see you, I wonder what you actually eat—those chopstick-thin fingers of yours seem downright unnatural.”

Hye Won shot Tae Beom a sidelong glance, her cheeks stuffed full with the king-sized hot dog. Bringing up someone’s weight while they’re eating was seriously unfair.

“If you’re the type who doesn’t gain weight no matter how much you eat, that’s pretty bad value for money.”

“I diet whenever you’re not looking, Managing Director.”
