The last day of filming had arrived.

When Taeseok’s eyes met Yeoreum, who had arrived at the set first, heat boiled up from his lower abdomen, forcing him to grind his teeth on his lips. Even though she was right there in front of him, the reality that he couldn’t hold her made it hard to breathe.

It might be better if she just stayed out of sight.

“Is this torture? Why did you even come…”

Even as he said that, he knew full well that the writer couldn’t possibly miss the final shoot.

She was walking like a duck in a padded jacket almost as tall as she was. It was a truly damnable sight.

The adorable way she made his heart pound so hard became unbearable, and Taeseok eventually closed his eyes. But even with his eyes closed, the image lingered.

She couldn’t stay still for a single moment, running around among the staff giving her final greetings. The way she playfully teased Ruda, with whom she’d grown quite close, while looking for Young.

In the end, he opened his eyes again. It was better to stare at her obsessively. Manager Hong said something.

“Taeseok. Do something about your eyes. You’re looking at Choi Yeoreum like you’re about to devour her.”

“Yeah.”

“Stop staring. This is a filming set.”

He dragged Taeseok away to the opposite side. But of all places, Ji Hyeok was there.

Taeseok’s gaze instantly turned cold. Hostility flashed openly in his pupils, no attempt to hide his anger. The two had become complete enemies ever since that day at the beach.

Manager Hong muttered something under his breath and dragged him back to where they were before.
