Though she’d never told anyone, Young had been Ji Hyeok’s fan since school days. She had actively participated in fan clubs and fan cafes.

She hadn’t counted, but it must have been about eight years—ever since Ji Hyeok started with tiny bit roles, she’d liked him, so she considered herself practically his number one fan.

Now that they were co-starring together, she finally felt like she’d made it as a true fan.

“Young-ah, coffee—what’ll you have?”

“Oh, I’ll have an Americano.”

“Same here.”

She smiled inwardly, watching Ji Hyeok efficiently place their orders. She hoped the day would come when she could confess her feelings. Just once, she wished her introverted self would find the courage.

“Did you two get close while volunteering together?”

“Yeah. When you’ve got time later, come with us too.”

The three of them walked back to the meeting room, holding their coffees.

“Noona, want to see more pictures of Jjongi? He’s grown a lot lately and’s started chewing on furniture now.”

Yeoreum laughed heartily, saying how cute he was.

“You need to take him on walks more often. Otherwise, it’ll get even worse.”
