After developing a synopsis and starting the script, it would be another six months until the initial shoot. That was if everything progressed as quickly as possible, and if things got complicated, it could take even longer.

Jin Sihu felt thirsty as he looked at her contemplating eyes. Choi Yeoreum. Somehow.

Despite rumors circulating among male actors that she was subtly beautiful, meeting her in person, she felt like a woman with a mysterious charm.

“Do you meet unnecessary actors as well? Even scheduling double appointments.”

Yeoreum’s eyes widened at his unexpected appearance. How did he know she was here?

“Seo Taeseok. Say hello to your brother. Did I say he’s an unnecessary actor?”
The surprise wasn’t just for Yeoreum. Jin Sihu also called him with an awkward expression. Taeseok, as if reluctantly, looked at Jin Sihu. Without hiding his displeasure, he spoke.

“There’s only one older brother here, so it must be the brother.”

“You’re still as rude as ever.”

“Brother, I’ll only have bad habits with women.”

Jin Sihu laughed awkwardly at the unfiltered attack. Taeseok, still living on his own terms. Still arrogant. The statement about the writer ignoring him seemed true.

“Show some respect to the writer.”

“How else should I show respect than this?”

He was holding back the urge to kiss right away. Taeseok swallowed the words he wanted to say.

“Writer Choi, did you have an appointment with Seo Taeseok today? Or say no. The drama is over, so don’t be more attracted. I’ll help you.”

Taeseok stared at Jin Sihu as if he would tear him apart. Yeoreum answered in a rush.

From the elevator to the parking lot, it was a moment. Taeseok gently pushed Yeoreum into the car. And muttering something she wouldn’t understand, he said it quickly.

Taeseok hugged Yeoreum as if the child was worn out. She felt pretty and crazy.

The board meeting was a piece of cake, but now her heart was pounding.
