When Sinclair and Elaina arrived at the center of the square, Glen, who had been waiting for them there, smiled brightly.

“To think I’d ever witness such a scene—I could almost cry.”

Then, lowering his voice, he whispered with his usual wit:

“But lately, Edenbell has been quite noisy with rumors about the new High Priest. I’m a little disappointed I’ve been overshadowed.”

“Noisy.”

At Sinclair’s reply, Elaina laughed to herself.

Soon, Joshua and another priest slowly approached and stood beside Glen.

In their hands were richly decorated red silks,

upon which rested, shining brilliantly in the sunlight, the crowns of the Emperor and Empress.

“We shall now forge a new Edenbell, one unlike any before, alongside our new Emperor and Empress.”

Not long after, Glen opened his mouth with an expression as solemn as if he had never been mischievous.

“I sincerely pray that peace and tranquility dwell upon you both, wise and compassionate leaders of Edenbell.”

At Glen’s words, a faint smile appeared on Joshua’s lips as he held the crown.

Soon, Sinclair and Elaina knelt quietly. Though Elaina, with her weak legs, swayed slightly, Sinclair firmly supported her at her side, preventing any great difficulty.

Glen, standing before Sinclair, raised the crown with a face full of countless emotions.
