Neris slightly opened her eyes, looking at Angarad.

The incident in the freshman classroom spread throughout the school in no time, and all day long, students buzzed about what Angarad Nine had done. It seemed unlikely that Angarad would recover for at least a few years.
Neris felt a thrill at the fact and was disgusted with herself.
It was the result of a dark and petty scheme against a child. Targeting one person she hated and inciting others to attack, what was the difference between herself and them?
But Angarad started it this time.
Neris had been worrying about it lately. Not only about Cledwin’s words but also what to do with Angarad.
In her previous life, Angarad’s actions had hurt Neris, but there was no evidence regarding the gold coin. Maybe it was a mistake.
So maybe she should stop. She’s a child. In this life, her petty actions, such as secretly hiding a few spiders in her bag while trembling much more than herself, were all there was.
So her eyes naturally went to Angarad more. Today, when everyone was taking off their jewelry for practice, she didn’t miss Angarad staring intently at Lianon’s bracelet.

She seemed to be trying to hide it, but to Neris, who had dealt with all sorts of snakes when she was an adult, it was painfully obvious.
Just in case, when Angarad left and returned, Neris, who excused herself to the bathroom, stopped by the classroom.
And there, she found the emerald bracelet brazenly in her bag.
There was no doubt or misunderstanding this time. Neris tucked the bracelet into the bottom of Angarad’s bag.
Angarad, who had no reason to suspect her own bag, did not notice, hidden by other items, but she placed it so that the person inspecting the possessions could easily find it.
The rest flowed naturally. Megara’s strained attempt to hide her displeasure, Angarad’s pale face sending a glance for help, and the class’s contempt were all as expected.
Was Angarad really the one who had put the gold coin in Neris’s possessions in her previous life?
It would remain unknown forever, but the methods were similar.
Was it the child’s nature to shy away from bad things but eventually resort to them?
But it was never the end. There were plenty of people who had done worse.

‘The other kids have to suffer too, to balance things out. Otherwise, you’d feel unjust, wouldn’t you, Angarad?’
Chewing over those words, Neris, more than anything else, was tired of herself and returned to her dorm room. “I could have been falsely accused,” she thought, and a student in the cafeteria said she was lucky as he passed by; he meant it as a consolation, but Neris didn’t want to hear it.
Climbing the long and narrow stairs, she arrived at her room soaked in the quiet glow of the sunset. A bed, a desk, and a wardrobe were all that made up this small space, the only place where Neris could let her guard down and grieve. She used to have a secret place, but it seemed she couldn’t go there anymore.
Setting down her bag filled with books, Neris sat on the bed and hugged her knees. The silence supported her trembling shoulders.
Len’s words were right. Neris really had been lucky today. If she had not deliberately stopped by the classroom to check, it would have been the end.
When she put Rianon’s bracelet into Angarad’s bag without returning it to its rightful owner, Neris Trued, who had died once and come back to life, had crossed a line.
The line of resolution to seek revenge, even if it was dangerous, even if it was wrong.
“Wretched girl.”
Neris uttered a word, not knowing to whom. The words were aimed at too many people. Angarad Nain, Megara Likeandros, Rianon Berta… and most of all, at Neris Trued, herself.

In the northeast of Katen, there was a large lake.

When flowers bloom in spring, when it gets hot in summer, when leaves change in autumn, when water freezes in winter, students sought the lakeside to engage in activities suitable for each season.
The lake was proud of its clear water and beautiful surrounding scenery even to the graduates. On fair days, teachers would take the lead and hold outdoor classes with the students.
Today was such a day.
Students who had come to the lakeside for social studies were blushing like petals, wearing woolen coats. The brave boys had already picked flowers to hand to the girls they usually liked.
“This flower, it’s like your eyes.”
Already holding more than three flowers, Megara was as usual by the lakeside.
The boy who had picked the chrysanthemum for her had really tried to find the flower that best matched Megara’s eyes, but when the surroundings didn’t cooperate, he reluctantly looked dejected.
“Thank you, Albert. Are my eyes really this beautiful color?”
“Uh, yes!”
Accepting the chrysanthemum, Albert Lisem stammered with joy.

“Actually, your eyes are even more beautiful. You are really… really….”
His passionate voice brought mischievous smiles to the faces of the onlooking children.
Megara was popular with both boys and girls, and for that reason, no one seemed jealous. Even Albert, who was careful and kind, was liked by several girls already.
Idalia, who was next to Megara, smiled calmly.
As daughters of the same Duke’s family, the two often went together, and to Idalia’s eyes, Megara was stubborn and did as she pleased but still had enough virtues that it didn’t matter.
With a dolllike face and a happy smile, she seemed to light up her surroundings, and she had many cousins in the upper social circles. Megara would do well in the future. She could even marry a son of a Duke’s family.
Suddenly, Idalia’s face darkened a bit.
Whether the childish boys liked Megara or not, Idalia didn’t care. Anyway, they were not on the same level as Megara, or Idalia. Great nobles should stick together.
But those on Megara’s level would naturally like her. That was the problem.
At the head of the Empire Vista’s great nobles stood the Maindlandt Grand Duke, but in reality, people preferred the Duke of Elandria. Maindlandt was too distant, living amongst themselves. And they weren’t descendants of the three heroes, after all.
Except for Prince Abelus, who is a bit scary, Nellusion Elandria becomes the nobleman with the highest status and most splendid that is of the same age as Megara currently.

Idalia was scared in case Nellusion might like Megara.
My Arch-enemy Sealed My Memory and Said That He is My Husband
This is an incredibly captivating story that you absolutely shouldn’t miss! I’ll give a brief introduction here, and below you’ll find a detailed synopsis of the plot.
The female lead is a fierce and powerful demon king. The male lead is a once-in-a-millennium celestial lord, admired by the entire cultivation world.
They are equally matched, legendary rivals who have battled for centuries.
In the final duel, the female lead is gravely injured. The male lead saves her, seals her memories, and hides her true identity. He tells her that he is her fiancé. His entire life has been flawless—except for the one thing he never expected, never controlled, and never wanted to control: falling for his greatest enemy. She is his inner demon, his obsession.
When the female lead regains her memories, she is furious at his deception.
She makes his life a living hell.
And somehow, the male lead—possibly a total masochist—doesn’t mind at all. In fact, he’s happy she’s paying attention to him.
Yep, we’re back to my favorite trope: male lead suffering. If you love this kind of story, jump into the pit with me now!!!
Intro
Dong Xia lost her memory.
Her handsome and extremely powerful fiancé Li Qing comforted her: “It’s okay if you can’t remember. I’ll always be with you.”
Everyone thought Dong Xia’s ancestors must have burned incense to get such a perfect fiancé. He was the number one person in the immortal realm, yet he remained chaste and only loved her.
…
The day before marrying her fiancé, Dong Xia finally remembered everything.
She wasn’t suffering from memory loss at all.
Her arch-enemy had made her fake her death, destroyed her cultivation, replaced her memories, and pretended to be her deeply in love fiancé.
No wonder he said, “It’s okay if you can’t remember”!
Dong Xia laughed coldly as she pulled out her long knife: Li Qing, prepare to die 🙂
*
Li Qing, as the supreme being of the immortal realm, was the people’s shining beacon.
The only unknown stain in his life was his affection for Dong Xia, the ruler of the demon realm.
In the final battle of the war between immortals and demons, the sky collapsed and the earth shattered. The ruler of the demon realm was finally slain under the sword of the supreme being of the immortal realm, and everyone in the immortal realm applauded.
The cultivation world lost a ruler of the demon realm.
And in the back mountain of Li Qing’s cave dwelling, he secretly hid away a fiancée.
Notes:
1. The female lead is white on the outside, black on the inside, and the queen of flattery; the male lead repeatedly tests the edge of darkness, a VIP guest at the crematorium.
2. Fantasy cultivation world setting.
