As her golden hair, seemingly spun from molten gold, swayed gently before him, Orwell forgot his sighs entirely and stood utterly entranced.

“Heehee, the talkative doctor has suddenly turned into a fool.”

“A-Ah! W-What was I even talking about?”

“Bloodletting, wasn’t it? You see, I’ve only recently arrived in the capital, so there’s still much I don’t know. Would the kind doctor be so generous as to explain? It sounded rather fascinating.”
