A month after becoming Aileen.

I was currently cleaning the windows.

Such was a day in the life of a nanny.

Wake up early to prepare breakfast.

After feeding the children, watch them play, then clean the dirty palace and do the laundry.

Then it’s lunchtime again, and after preparing the meal and snacks….

‘Housewives are truly great beings.’

The jampacked schedule without a moment to breathe was madness itself.

‘If there is anyone who mocks the labor of a housewife….’

Crunch.

I stepped on a dry twig.

‘Let’s slowly begin.’

Tools are needed to labor.

The place I headed to was Aileen’s room.

‘It’s splendid every time I look at it.’

Inside the dresser were all kinds of expensive things, and the jewelry box was filled with the gems she had collected so far.

They were things Aileen had embezzled from the royal support fund.

But the purpose of coming here now was not the jewelry.

I pulled out a box hidden under the bed.

“Let’s see. Broom and cleaning cloth… Ah, found it. Cleaner.”

These were modern cleaning tools.

Gathering everything I needed, I finally felt a sense of incongruity.

“It doesn’t match at all.”

A medieval lady’s room and a superstrong cleaner.

“Who would have thought it would really work?”

I glanced at the modern items.

The pot of soup I used this morning, the blueberry bagel, they were all things I brought from the dream mart.

Every night when I dream, I always woke up in the middle of the mart.

‘Meow!’

‘Hayang!’

Being greeted by the white fluffball I named Hayang had become quite familiar.

I held Hayang in my arms and wandered around the mart.

‘What I’ve figured out so far.’

Only one item can be brought at a time.

Only the size that I can carry or hold in my hand is possible.

Items from this world cannot be taken to the mart.

‘About this much?’

I transferred the cleaner into a glass bottle and left the room.

‘I have to feed them every meal, there’s a lot to clean, dust keeps piling up.’

I really had no time to rest.

The only good thing was,

“Aileen, I’ve finished cleaning the windows in the east corridor!”

A maid with her light green hair tied up ran towards me.

The newly arrived maid at the palace, Emma.

The day after I dismissed the maids, I ran to the royal personnel department and requested new staff.

‘They said they don’t have anyone to send to such a place.’

It was so dirty and shabby.

Then Emma caught my eye.

Emma was skinny and miserably bullied among the maids.

When I looked at her, the royal personnel department smiled and said I could take that maid if I wanted.

Saying she was a perfect fit for that palace.

‘She’s useless, stupid, and a troublemaker.’

I ended up bringing Emma.

But contrary to my worries, Emma was meticulous, smart, and gentle with the twins.

‘She looked pale when she came, but now she looks bright.’

Maybe it’s natural since there’s no one to torment her here.

It was a relief that she looked more comfortable.

“You’ve worked hard. Let’s clean the floor together.”

It was time to make the corridor shine with the cleaner.

“I’ve never seen such a sparkling corridor before! The palace where I was was clean, but it didn’t shine like this!”

Seeing Emma marvel, I felt proud as well.

After all, the cleaning supplies made by a collaboration of PhDs were somehow different.

“It’s rewarding.”

It was a bit hard, but if I hadn’t brought the tools from the mart, it would have been real hard labor.

‘I have to get out of the ghost’s house soon.’

It was good that cleaning was easy, but the palace was too vast.

It has a long way to go to look like a place for people to live.

‘I’m lucky to have Emma.’

But even with two people, the work was still overwhelming.

If there’s a reason we can endure it, then it’s.

“Aileen! Emma!”
Tap, tap, tap. The lively footsteps of a child echoed down the hallway.

The swiftly running Louis suddenly embraced me.

“Hello to both of you!”

“Lord Louis, did you have fun playing?”

“Yeah! I played on the tree!”

“I know you ride well, but you must still be careful, okay?”

“Of course!”

There was a healthy flush to his beaming face now.

“I’ll even pluck an apology from Aileen later!”

Louis looked at me and smiled broadly.

His bright smile seemed to make the whole world smile.

‘So cute. So cute. So cute!’

People of the world! Our crown prince is this adorable!

With his chubby cheeks, cute, pretty, and lovable face, and his childishly energetic voice, he was so, so adorable.

I suppressed the urge to pinch and shake his plump cheeks.

“Really? I’m so, so looking forward to it!”

“Yeah! So, I have to practice more!”

Louis jumped on the spot and then ran in the direction he had come from.

His natural blond hair caused the back of the child’s head to shimmer and shine.

‘They say it’s the symbol of the Lihart royal family.’

The Lihart royal family had been characterized for generations by jewellike hair and eye color, and beautiful appearance.

Feeling my gaze, Louis turned around and smiled.

“Be careful!”

“Yeah!”

My Arch-enemy Sealed My Memory and Said That He is My Husband

This is an incredibly captivating story that you absolutely shouldn’t miss! I’ll give a brief introduction here, and below you’ll find a detailed synopsis of the plot.

The female lead is a fierce and powerful demon king. The male lead is a once-in-a-millennium celestial lord, admired by the entire cultivation world.

They are equally matched, legendary rivals who have battled for centuries.

In the final duel, the female lead is gravely injured. The male lead saves her, seals her memories, and hides her true identity. He tells her that he is her fiancé. His entire life has been flawless—except for the one thing he never expected, never controlled, and never wanted to control: falling for his greatest enemy. She is his inner demon, his obsession.

When the female lead regains her memories, she is furious at his deception.

She makes his life a living hell.

And somehow, the male lead—possibly a total masochist—doesn’t mind at all. In fact, he’s happy she’s paying attention to him.

Yep, we’re back to my favorite trope: male lead suffering. If you love this kind of story, jump into the pit with me now!!!

Intro

Dong Xia lost her memory.

Her handsome and extremely powerful fiancé Li Qing comforted her: “It’s okay if you can’t remember. I’ll always be with you.”

Everyone thought Dong Xia’s ancestors must have burned incense to get such a perfect fiancé. He was the number one person in the immortal realm, yet he remained chaste and only loved her.

…

The day before marrying her fiancé, Dong Xia finally remembered everything.

She wasn’t suffering from memory loss at all.

Her arch-enemy had made her fake her death, destroyed her cultivation, replaced her memories, and pretended to be her deeply in love fiancé.

No wonder he said, “It’s okay if you can’t remember”!

Dong Xia laughed coldly as she pulled out her long knife: Li Qing, prepare to die 🙂

*

Li Qing, as the supreme being of the immortal realm, was the people’s shining beacon.

The only unknown stain in his life was his affection for Dong Xia, the ruler of the demon realm.

In the final battle of the war between immortals and demons, the sky collapsed and the earth shattered. The ruler of the demon realm was finally slain under the sword of the supreme being of the immortal realm, and everyone in the immortal realm applauded.

The cultivation world lost a ruler of the demon realm.

And in the back mountain of Li Qing’s cave dwelling, he secretly hid away a fiancée.

Notes:

1. The female lead is white on the outside, black on the inside, and the queen of flattery; the male lead repeatedly tests the edge of darkness, a VIP guest at the crematorium.

2. Fantasy cultivation world setting.
