‘It might be cute if he’s not good at cooking.’

In anticipation and excitement, Kashar picked up a small Vienna sausage, brought a knife, and started.

‘It doesn’t suit him, but his face covers it up.’

I wasn’t sure what I was saying, but I could tell from his expression.

While I was captivated by watching him, he finished the task he was assigned.

“There.”

The Vienna sausages had perfect diamond-shaped cuts.

Seeing neatly cut fish cakes and bacon, it seemed he was quite skilled with a knife.

“Huh? Well done.”

It unfolded differently from what I had expected.

‘I never taught him though.’

While I was surprised that he seemed to do it more cleanly than me, Micael clapped next to me.

“Brother, you’re truly amazing.”
While Micael admired him, the cooking had to continue.

‘After heating edible oil in a frying pan, sauté the blue onions first.’

When the fragrance rises, stir-fry bacon, Vienna sausages, and square-shaped fish cakes. Once it turns a suitable brown, that’s when you add milk and fresh cream.

‘The point is to make it without water.’

As it started to simmer, Micael sniffed and wrinkled his nose.

“It smells savory. Is this stew?”

“It’s closer to a stir-fry with a lot of sauce than stew.”

But even if it’s called a stir-fry, there shouldn’t be too little sauce.

‘Otherwise, it would be so disappointing.’

You also had to dip baked bread and mix glass noodles, that was the country’s rule.

‘Now, let’s add the sauce.’

The sauce was simple.

I poured a pre-mixed mixture of gochujang, sugar, red pepper powder, and a bit of dashida into the boiling frying pan.

Micael couldn’t take his eyes off the sauce changing color.

“It turned red.”

“It’s not as spicy as it looks. And spicy goes well with cream. Look, it’s turned orange, right?”

“Yes. It feels like I’m watching magic.”

As if snapping out of a trance, Micael quickly took out a pen and notebook.

It seemed like he had been taking notes on the process since earlier; his passion for cooking was remarkable.

‘There are ingredients that don’t exist outside, but there’s an abundance in the aristocratic territory.’

Since there might be a chance to practice later, I decided to leave him to it.

While having such thoughts, it was time to put in the soaked glass noodles.

‘Once the noodles absorb enough sauce…’

As the transparent noodles absorbed the rose sauce, the cooking was finished.

I lifted the pan onto the table with a support underneath.

“Rose Tteokbokki is complete!”

At the moment the masterpiece of the spicy and smooth-looking sauce with plenty of rice cakes and Vienna sausages shone, I called out, “Micael, please bring the prince and others to the dining room!”

“I’ll go right away!”

While Micael was away, I transferred the Rose Tteokbokki to plates.

Kashar was watching me.

Turning his gaze away for a moment, he noticed the plastic plates and plastic bags where ingredients were stored.

“Where did you get these?”

“Oh, those.”

All of them were things that didn’t exist in this world.

It was the first time Kashar directly asked about the items I possessed.

“Through Freesia Yang! It’s said that many unique things are developed in Matop.”

I gave him the same excuse I used with the servants.

‘Will he buy it?’

When I glanced at him, he smiled slowly.

“Matop is like that from the beginning. Those inside are a bit out of their minds.”

“Really? That’s why they invent things like this.”

Somehow, we got past it.

Kashar didn’t ask any more questions.

I smiled awkwardly and finished transferring the Rose Tteokbokki onto the plates.

“All done. Let’s go out too.”

Holding the tray, when I went outside, the kids were already there in the dining room.

“Eilin!”

“You’ve come? Well, sit down and have some snacks.”
“Eilin made this? I love it.”

“The two of you here also helped.”

“It looks delicious!”

Louis, using his built-in filter, grasped a fork. The sharp fork pierced the rice cake for the first time, then successively stabbed Vienna sausages, creating a skewer.

“Haap!”

With his mouth wide open, Louis put them into his mouth in one go. In the squirming balls inside his mouth, he encountered the music of rose sauce, dancing a smooth and spicy tango.

Soon, admiration flowed from Louis, whose mouth was enveloped by his cheeks.

“Mmm, chewy and tender!”

Swoosh. Louis, who tasted the Rose Tteokbokki, had a melting expression on his face.

The exclamations continued one after another.

“Savory and slightly spicy, and…”

In the brief pause, Evan asked, “And?”

“Spicier!”

Fire sparked from Louis’s mouth. Despite the surprise, a cup of milk was handed over, but Louis shook his head.

“Whoa, is it too spicy? Have some milk!”

“Nnn, it’s hot! I can’t stop!”

If it had just been spicy, he would have put the fork down altogether. This was a relentless restraint caused by the combination of a creamy sauce with spiciness that crept up.

Add to that the chewy, crispy, and soft texture fiesta.

It was an irresistible fate.

“It feels like eating spicy cream soup.”

Compared to Louis, Evan was even stronger in spiciness. As evidence, Evan was eating the sauce along with the rice cake using a spoon.

“Spicy, spicy!”

“Why make goat sounds while eating delicious food.”

“You’re spicy too!”

Calling him “hyung,” Evan exhaled heavily, trying to endure the spiciness.

But he couldn’t let go of the spoon.

Rose Tteokbokki itself was a powerful drug.

Not only the twins but everyone was addicted.

“It’s spicy, but I can’t stop. It hurts, it’s delicious, it hurts!”

Micael, whose taste buds were just like Louis’s, was screaming in delight.

Thus, the snack time where everyone indulged came to an end.

‘I wonder if we can eat dinner later.’

Looking at Louis, he finally finished a glass of milk, and his stomach became bloated.

“Huaah….”

Slumped and with sauce smeared around his mouth, he looked quite adorable.

“Louise-nim, come here. I’ll wipe your mouth for you.”

“…Eilin is the best.”

Louis, now loosened up, came over and leaned on me.

As Louis lifted his head, he gestured behind me. There, as always, Kashar was present.

“I’ll hug him now!”

“Ru, Louis-nim?”

Perhaps due to the recent time Kashar spent with the children, Louis’s tantrums increased.

Evan seemed equally dissatisfied.

I changed the direction of the conversation to divert the kids’ attention.

“What did you do in class today?”

“Class? Today was history, and we learned about mounted battles!”

“The speech was amazing. I want to try riding too.”

“Me too! I’ll take responsibility and take care of it.”

The children, whose posture quickly shifted, chattered endlessly about what happened today.
“If you are a noble, you would have raised a well-bred horse from childhood and shared your life with it until adulthood. However, this did not apply to Louis and Evan. ‘They haven’t ridden a horse yet, really.’ It would be nice if they had the chance to ride a horse. That’s how snack time ended. The next day. ‘Wow!’ Louis exclaimed. Two adorable ponies with brown and black fur and a chestnut-colored warhorse set foot in the estate garden.”
