At the word ‘my place’, Yul Li’s eyebrows twitched momentarily. But soon, she followed him impassively.

Tingaling, the front door opened with a cheery sound.

Yul Li, who had followed Je Ho into the apartment, carefully looked around the unfamiliar place. Simultaneously, with a bang, the door closed behind her.

“The first aid kit is in the second drawer.”
As Yul Li approached the cabinet and opened the drawer containing the first aid kit, she found the long, wide drawer heavy, needing both hands to open it. In Je Ho’s current state, even opening the drawer would not have been easy.

Yul Li, who took out the first aid kit, hurried to Je Ho’s side. When she sat down next to him, he slowly opened his eyes and looked at her.

Keeping his gaze on her, he began to unbutton his shirt with one hand.

“Is it okay to follow a man into his house like this? Aren’t you afraid, or is it just reckless?”
His tone seemed to taunt and challenge her. But his words didn’t fully register in Yul Li’s ears. The moment she saw him unbuttoning his shirt, she realized a fact she had momentarily forgotten.

To treat him, he had to take off his shirt! You can’t disinfect while still dressed.

As one by one the buttons were undone, his bare skin became partly visible. Her entire attention was drawn to it. To hide her surprise, Yul Li tried to discreetly swallow her dry saliva.

The chest revealed through the open shirt was reminiscent of a finely carved work of art. A wellproportioned, firm chest, below which was a sharply defined muscular abdomen. It was a body that involuntarily elicited admiration just by looking at it.

Unaware, Yul Li’s face started to feel hot, so she quickly turned her gaze away.

A moment later, the rustling sound of the shirt being taken off stopped. When she cautiously looked sideways, Je Ho was sitting with his back turned to her, revealing the injured shoulder. The shirt was pulled down only on the right side.

Yul Li opened the first aid kit and took out the medical supplies necessary for disinfection.

“But don’t you need to take off your shirt completely?”
To avoid misunderstanding, Yul Li quickly added,

“If you keep it on like this, the medicine will spread and ruin the shirt.”
Upon Yul Li’s words, Je Ho obediently began to take off his shirt. With his left hand, he lowered the rest of his right side and extended his left arm straight to assist Yul Li in taking off the shirt. He then put the bloodstained shirt in the laundry basket and brought a new one to change into.

Once everything was ready, Yul Li soaked the gauze in disinfectant and carefully approached the wound.

As expected. The moment the gauze was applied to the wound, a groan escaped from Je Ho’s mouth.

“Why? Is it too painful to bear?”

Yul Li paused in surprise and attempted to fan with her hand. Still not cooling off, she even pressed her lips against the wound and began to blow gently.

She was indeed clumsy. However, her clumsy touch felt rather stimulating. But she could not possibly know about that feeling. She seemed oblivious to the fact that she was almost hugging him, so engrossed in treating his wound and sticking close to his back.
