The Duke's Flower is Precarious (Completed Main Story) - Chapter 39
“It’s a pleasure to meet you.”
Aidel greeted the young ladies with a direct gaze.
“I regret that we didn’t get a chance to greet each other at the wedding, but I’m truly delighted to meet you all like this.”
At the Grand Duke’s wedding, attendance had been strictly limited—only the heads of each noble house were invited. Since the young ladies of those houses hadn’t received invitations, this was the first time any of them had seen each other.
All of them wore polite smiles in response to the Grand Duchess’s greeting, yet their eyes betrayed a palpable, icy jealousy.
“I can hardly believe I’m finally meeting Your Highness, the Grand Duchess! It feels like a dream. You’ve stayed completely out of social circles, so I’ve always wondered what kind of person you were.”
“You’re even more beautiful in person than I imagined!”
“Exactly! No wonder you managed to capture the hearts of two men all by yourself.”
‘Two men…?’
Aidel looked toward the young lady who had mentioned “two men.” She was a proud beauty with deep brown hair. Earlier, upon entering, she had introduced herself as the eldest daughter of House of Count Refenser.
“Two men…?”
“Oh dear, did I say something inappropriate? I heard you were previously engaged to Marquis Chale.”
Though Countess Refenser covered her mouth with feigned embarrassment, her eyes remained defiant.
“I meant it as a compliment—both Marquis Chale and Grand Duke Elyos! It’s truly impressive how you won over two such men, Your Highness. I hope you don’t take offense.”
“Why would I be offended? Her Highness the Grand Duchess is far too generous to mind!”

When he discovers she has gone, he risks everything to pursue her on land, enduring agonizing pain to transform his tail into human legs…

One-line summary: Male lead chases female lead. The male lead’s love is a bit sick, an invincible love brain.
Synopsis
During a voyage at sea, Jiang Yang accidentally captures a merman.
Servant: I heard that mermen are fierce and brutal.
Jiang Yang looks at the merman obediently rubbing her palm like a puppy: “You call this fierce and brutal?”
Servant: I heard that mermen have no human nature.
Jiang Yang looks at the merman with wet puppy eyes, obsessively calling her ‘A Yang’ like a childish infant: “You call this having no human nature?”
With great difficulty, she releases the merman back into the sea and returns to shore.
Who would have thought that in less than half a month, the merman, who should have been freely wandering in the South China Sea, would shed his scales, endure the pain of losing his tail, transform into human legs, and come ashore to find her?
He kneels at her feet, rubbing her palm, with merman tears rolling down: “A Yang, don’t abandon me.”

Can’t wait for second prince to die . How dare he touch grand Duchess with his filthy hand.
I hope Kareon kills first prince . But maybe that’s not going to happen because of diplomatic relations between kingdoms. If at that moment aidel would have remained unconscious ,second prince definitely would have died .It’s unfortunate , that bastard should have died on spot.
I am blushing even though I don’t know what withdrawal symptoms is.
