The Duke's Flower is Precarious (Completed Main Story) - Chapter 22
After the ceremony ended, a grand wedding banquet was held in the Grand Hall of the Grand Duke’s residence. A lavish dinner prepared with rare ingredients sourced from all corners of the empire was served to the distinguished guests.
‘It’s just like a royal palace banquet.’
‘If anything, it’s even more splendid than the imperial court’s.’
Nobles marveled at the multi-course meal—so varied it was hard to count—and the finest champagne and wines on offer.
‘Have you seen the wedding gifts displayed along the edges of the banquet hall?’
‘Their extravagance is beyond words.’
The wedding presents sent to the Grand Duke’s household were neatly arranged on a massive table. This display expressed gratitude toward the givers—but carried another meaning as well.
‘Have you heard? They say the Grand Duke’s household will donate an amount equal to the value of all the wedding gifts they received.’
‘Yes, I heard. And they’ll make the donations in the names of the gift-givers… Such thoughtful consideration.’
‘Did you also hear that it was Her Grace the Grand Duchess who came up with this idea?’
‘Good heavens! Is that really true?’
Gregory smiled contentedly as he observed the guests’ awestruck expressions throughout the banquet hall.
He felt especially proud seeing people praise the charitable repayment plan that Aidel had personally proposed.
Gregory had been busy drafting thank-you letters for the wedding gifts that had poured into the Grand Duke’s household. Meanwhile, Aidel, who had been quietly reviewing the gift list, finally spoke up.
“Sir Gregory, I noticed the Grand Duke’s household regularly donates to charitable organizations.”

After Being Cheated On, She Picked Up a Treasure (Female-dominant)
One-line summary: The husband I married on a whim had been secretly in love with me for a long time.
On the day when Jun Shao finally obtained the imperial decree for her marriage, Lan Qu, the person she had admired for six years, defied the decree and ran away.
Her gentleness and devotion, her promise of a lifetime together, were all disregarded by him. Instead, he dreamed of entering the palace to serve the Emperor’s sister as a sixth-rank attendant.
News of this incident spread throughout the capital, and the alleys in front of and behind the Lan mansion were crowded with people who came to watch the commotion.
Jun Shao should have been embarrassed and angry.
But someone stepped in to protect her dignity.
The figure was in a miserable state, yet still possessed an undeniable elegance and handsomeness.
The young lord struggled to climb the wall of the Lan mansion and shouted to her, “If he won’t marry you, I will!”
So, Jun Shao took advantage of the situation and married the person.
She thought the young lord did it to save the Lan family from the crime of defying the imperial decree, but never imagined that from beginning to end, what he coveted was her.
*
After the wedding, Jun Shao felt like she was living in a dream.
Her Wife-master was as beautiful as a fairy in a painting, skilled in the six arts, well-versed in poetry and literature, capable of being gentle and attentive, and also grand and dignified. Most importantly, she was the only one in his heart and eyes.
Jun Shao didn’t know how Lan Shiwu, as a illegitimate son without a father and blessed with beauty, had managed to preserve his purity, recklessly escape, and use his last ounce of strength to ruin his own reputation, all because of his love for her, just to stand before her.
She could only see him gazing at her with eyes full of love, and when she bestowed a name upon him, his eyes shone like stars.
“You have come to me like a weary bird perching on a branch. I shall call you A Qi.”

Can’t wait for second prince to die . How dare he touch grand Duchess with his filthy hand.
I hope Kareon kills first prince . But maybe that’s not going to happen because of diplomatic relations between kingdoms. If at that moment aidel would have remained unconscious ,second prince definitely would have died .It’s unfortunate , that bastard should have died on spot.
I am blushing even though I don’t know what withdrawal symptoms is.
