The Dead Villainess Is Pregnant With The Male Lead's Child (Completed Main Story) - Chapter 62
I thought Espin’s beaming face looked incredibly youthful and adorable.
“Our two versus your two—that’s a 2-on-2 game! The losing side treats the winners to a meal! What do you think? Doesn’t that sound fun?”
Espin clapped her hands together rhythmically and chirped out her suggestion like a song.
Her proposal was met with obvious reluctance—not only from Veronica, but also from Killion and Onyx. Understandably so. How strange it sounded to split into teams for a 2-on-2 game with people they barely knew!
But Jediel’s reaction was different. The child was right beside Espin, clapping along and hopping up and down excitedly.
“Wow! That sounds so fun! Our team will win, and the losers have to treat us to something delicious! I’ve never seen anything like this before! It’s going to be super fun!”
“Right? I’ve never done anything like this either! Honestly, I’ve always wanted to try a bet-game like this at least once in my life!”
“Then today’s the day Auntie Espin’s lifelong dream comes true?”
“Huh? Oh! You’re right! It really is the day my lifelong dream comes true! I got to eat cotton candy and play a bet-game too!”
Jediel and Espin looked at each other and giggled merrily. Though they’d only just met today, they seemed to get along remarkably well—almost uncannily so.
The previously disheartened shop owners brightened up and chimed in with wide smiles.
“Our auntie really knows how to enjoy a proper dart game!”
“That’s absolutely right!”
Trying to make up for their earlier slip-up, the owners laughed even louder than necessary. Jediel, however, shot them a sharp remark.
“Auntie Espin isn’t our real aunt. She’s just Auntie Espin. You two really don’t understand a thing about aunts and uncles, do you?”

Male lead fell into her trap — and shattered when she walked away
This is also on my reread list!
This one is a slow burn, but when it burns, it burns hard.
Definitely worth a read, y’all!

The story follows a thousand-year-old seductive spirit who, on a bet, sets out to charm the male lead—a once-promising but unfortunate cultivator.
But just when she succeeds in making him fall for her, she heartlessly leaves, driving him to madness.
Determined to find her at all costs, he captures her, keeping her by his side no matter what, even if she hates him.
I love this kind of trope—I enjoy watching the male lead suffer in agony.
The ending drags a bit with unnecessary filler, but that’s fine.
As long as I enjoy the beginning, I’m good.
