The supercar, harmoniously painted in black and red, exuded a luxurious gleam and instantly captured everyone’s attention.

Jeong Hyeok, having nonchalantly abandoned the flashy supercar, grabbed Da Jung’s hand and strode briskly into the department store.

The elevator for employees brought them to the VIP lounge. As the doors opened, staff members who recognized him had already gathered in a group to greet him.

The head manager of the main branch bowed respectfully.

“Managing Director, what brings you here without even a prior notice?”

“I came to spend money, so relax—and go fetch a personal shopper.”

After issuing this brief command, Jeong Hyeok headed straight for a private section of the lounge.

The lavishly decorated private reception room was so spacious it almost gave the illusion of being inside a hotel. Having never been in such a place before, Da Jung nervously darted her wide eyes around.

After some hesitation, Da Jung cautiously opened her mouth.
