“They went to Jeju Island.”

Secretary Yoon’s report settled low in the dark study, and Chairwoman Park’s gaze rose with curiosity.

“Jeju Island?”

“It has been confirmed that they checked into L Hotel in Jeju Island.”

Chairwoman Park took off her reading glasses and gently pressed her eyelids.

Acting like a rebellious teenage boy, skipping work and disappearing to make everyone worry—he never imagined the kid would be in Jeju Island.

Secretary Yoon’s eyes turned to the open file on the old woman’s desk. Several photos were scattered over a report containing someone’s personal information.

“The child and the child’s mother accompanied him.”

It wasn’t particularly surprising news. Chairwoman Park put her reading glasses back on and picked up a photo of the child.

The brightly smiling, innocent face of the child looked exactly like her grandson when he was little. Even at a young age, a handsome person couldn’t hide it. When he grows up, he’ll be as striking as his father. Just like her grandson had been.

A smile spread across the old woman’s lips as she softly pronounced the child’s name.
