Eustia whipped her head around at the sudden voice. There stood Dwayne, just stepping through the greenhouse entrance.

Her fingertips trembled uncontrollably—a reflexive reaction whenever she faced Dwayne.

“Yes, my lady. The Marquis told me you’ve been secluding yourself, focusing solely on recovering your health. It seems you’ve improved quite a bit in the meantime.”

Dwayne sat beside Eustia and stared intently at Lellia. Both Lellia and even Eustia flinched slightly at his gaze.
