Strangely, though it wasn’t their first time, it felt like it was—and Lee Su unconsciously tensed up.

Staying together in a hotel while traveling felt entirely different from being together at home.

As she slowly approached the bedroom, Ji Ho was sitting on a chair.

“Done showering?”

Ji Ho asked, turning around.

“Yeah. It was so quiet—I thought you’d already fallen asleep.”

“How could I possibly sleep while you were still showering?”

Ji Ho chuckled, his hair falling loosely over his forehead, giving him a boyish look.

For a moment, she thought he looked refreshingly innocent—until her eyes drifted to the hollow of his chest peeking through the gap in his bathrobe, and she quickly changed her mind.

Lee Su’s gaze awkwardly swept through the air before landing on the table.

Two glasses of champagne sat on the table.

“What’s this?”

“That welcome drink from earlier.”

“Oh.”

When they’d first entered the room, a welcome card, a bottle of champagne, and some simple fruit had been prepared for them.
