The next day.
“If we followed your plan, we should have already left.”
Soo reminded Jiho of the travel schedule and got up.
“What time is it now?”
Jiho, apparently not planning to get up yet, changed his position and lay on his side.
Touching Soo’s sitting hand, he asked, “Is it past 10?”
“It’s already past 10.”
“But it’s still morning.”
“If we don’t get up now, the plan will be ruined.”
Given Soo’s personality, who must stick to the planned schedule, this situation was not pleasing.

Jiho looked down at Soo with an indifferent face, his lower lip protruding.
“How about this? If we don’t see it today, we can see it tomorrow.”
“If that’s the case, why bother making a plan?”
“Okay, I get it. Just let it slide for today. I’ll stick to the plan from tomorrow.”
Jiho pulled the reluctant Soo back to the adjacent place.
As Soo lay back against Jiho’s chest, Jiho’s embrace was, as always, warm.
Lying on the rustling blanket and the soft bed, Soo’s enthusiasm also faded a bit.
Seeing the bright sunlight through the window, his heart felt even more reluctant.
“Did you recover from yesterday’s fatigue?”
“Yeah. I slept well yesterday.”

Jiho swept down from Soo’s shoulders to his thin arms behind his back.
His large hand reached down to the back of Soo’s hand, and he interlaced his fingers.
“When are you really going to get up?”
Soo frowned.
It was the first day of their Paris trip, and wasting time in the hotel felt regrettable.
Lying like this, it seemed difficult to get out of bed all day.
“Just 10 more minutes.”
Jiho enclosed Soo with both arms and legs, making it impossible for him to move.
“Ah, I can’t breathe.”
“What can I do if it’s good for you.”

Despite Soo’s complaint about being unable to breathe, Jiho did not release him and filled the ten minutes before getting up.

Having lunch at the hotel and coming out, it was around 1 PM.
To escape the midday heat, they headed to the Orsay Museum.
The plan was to spend time at the museum until the heat subsided.
Jiho guided Soo like a tour guide, interspersing explanations here and there.
‘The pleasure of seeing paintings directly with your eyes that you’ve only seen in books.’
Soo roamed around each floor, gazing at each painting for a long time.
When he discovered a painting he recognized from an art book or one that was so famous, he felt as if he had found a lost treasure.
“Jiho, I think it would be nice to stay here all day today.”
Whether it was because he knew more paintings or because of the relatively modest scale, he liked it more than the grand Louvre.
“Yeah. If you like it, let’s do that.”
“I’ll take my time looking.”
Until just before the trip, ten days seemed extremely long, but with this one-place-per-day approach, it wasn’t such a long time after all.
“As much as you want.”
“I didn’t know how to properly appreciate paintings, but just looking at them like this, I wonder if this is how you enjoy art. It makes my heart feel at ease. There are so many famous paintings, and it makes me even happier.”
Jiho and Soo stuck close together, not letting go of each other’s fingers.
Even after walking for over 4 hours, Soo didn’t feel tired at all.
In front of works like Van Gogh’s self-portrait or Starry Night, he stood for so long that his feet wouldn’t move.
At times like that, Jiho would stand behind Soo, leaning his chest against him like a pillar.
“It must be hard for you if I lean on you.”

“Not at all. It feels good when you’re holding me.”
Jiho, who had been here several times, followed Soo without showing any signs of boredom, wherever Soo went or stayed.
Soo enjoyed the paintings, and Jiho looked at Soo enjoying them.
“When I was in Korea, I’ve never been to an art museum, so I didn’t know I liked paintings.”
“Then do you want to go to a museum tomorrow too? Let’s visit all three major art museums in Paris since we’re here.”
Soo nodded vigorously in response to Jiho’s suggestion.
“We couldn’t see everything yesterday, so let’s go to the Louvre again. It’s more enjoyable to explore when it’s quiet late in the evening.”
Soo’s eyes, filled with joy, sparkled.
After the long art museum tour, the two came out to a street where the heat had subsided.

As befitting the world’s most romantic city, Paris’s streets looked like paintings themselves.
No matter which place or angle, it looked like a postcard photo.
The entire city preserved its elegant old appearance, and beautiful buildings at every street enhanced the romantic atmosphere of the whole city.
It was on the way to the Arc de Triomphe, the next destination, that they walked down the Champs-Élysées, where all kinds of luxury shops and boutiques were gathered.
“Soo, come here.”
“Yeah? Where?”
Jiho took Soo’s hand, with a ring on it, and entered the building showing off its magnificent grandeur.
The interior was as splendid as the exterior.
Two employees who were standing in front greeted Soo and Jiho with warm smiles.
It was a world-famous luxury jewelry store.

Soo looked around the inside of the store with a bewildered expression.
Male lead is a Destined Young Husband (Female-dominant)
One-sentence summary: Wife-master, listen to my explanation!
Li Ruantang, a young lady from a prestigious family, stumbled and fell. When she woke up, she saw a noble and beautiful young man sitting by her bedside, wiping away tears.
The young master had slightly reddened eyes, and his every move exuded charm.
The sight made Li Ruantang’s eyes hot and her heart flutter. After all, she had made a bet with the young master Meng from the neighboring family. If she couldn’t marry a husband before the end of the year, she would have to admit defeat and give up the jade she had worked so hard to obtain.
Outside the window, the flowers were in full bloom.
Rather than losing the bet, the jade, and her face, Li Ruantang calculated that it would be better to seek marriage with the young master in front of her, killing three birds with one stone.
…
Meng Jun never thought that an accident during a spring outing would lead to them rolling down a cliff and into a river, yet still survive.
Now they were trapped in an unknown village, and Meng Jun had overheard that the family who had rescued them had their own intentions.
After all, it was Li Ruantang who had lost her mind and sought marriage first. He was only trying to protect himself!
Glancing at Li Ruantang, who was listing her own merits, the young husband’s voice softened, and he blushed as he lied, “W-wife-master, Wife-master, don’t you remember me?”
The young husband’s voice was clear and handsome, coaxing Li Ruantang’s heart to be soft and sweet, and she spared no effort to protect him.
It wasn’t until they returned to the capital that Li Ruantang suddenly remembered.
When they had fallen off the cliff, in order not to implicate Wei Yunruo, whom he secretly admired, the young husband had instead pulled her, who was slightly farther away, down the cliff with him…
Short summary by Yuushi L: Initially, the male lead (ML) liked another girl, while the female lead (FL) liked the ML. Both fell off a cliff.
