Betty pulled out a black robe from my luggage and answered sharply.

“The Branch Manager is also waiting, so it won’t take long. Other than retrieving the jewel, you won’t have anything else to do there, right?”
“For now. Until recently, I’ve been receiving reports about the Waince branch from Hailey.”
