From early morning, a booming voice echoed through the Dan Mok Clan estate.

“Mom!!”

At those words, I pressed my palms firmly against my throbbing temples. That voice belonged to Dan Mok Tae Yi, the seven-year-old heir apparent of the Dan Mok Clan this year.

And who else could possibly be the “mom” he was calling?

‘Why is he calling for me again?’

It was none other than me—Tae Yi’s mother!

Perhaps because he originally came from tiger lineage, Tae Yi’s voice had been loud and clear even as a baby.

So much so that the wet nurse who came to care for him couldn’t bear his cries and gave up on babysitting altogether.

Time had crawled by so slowly while raising the baby.

But time passed anyway, and now Tae Yi was seven years old. Everyone around congratulated us, saying he was old enough not to need constant attention anymore, but from my perspective, I could only manage a reluctant smile.
