The two maids standing at the back hunched their shoulders and stepped forward to testify.

They were Princess Lilibet’s maids. The women gathered before the bedroom stared at them, mouths agape in disbelief.

The Duchess and Grace’s faces twisted in utter rage as they glared daggers at the Empress Dowager and Princess Lilibet.
