Six years ago, at Incheon Airport.

Kwon Jae Ha, aged twenty-four, passed through the UAirline VIP lounge.

The place he entered was [ClubU].

It was a space the airline had prepared for a select few who were even more special than VIPs.

Inside the luxurious and comfortable area, soft piano music played, mingling with the faint aroma of coffee.

“Welcome.”

As expected, a couple of staff members were on hand to provide service, but he was the only guest.

“Then, please relax comfortably. We’ll notify you again just before boarding.”

When Jae Ha gave a slight nod, the airline staff member who had been assisting him left.

He set the bag he’d been carrying down on the sofa and took out his phone from his jacket pocket.

It was the one he’d been using since the U.S.

He had disposed of the phone and number he’d used in Korea for over two years just before arriving at the airport.

To say he harbored no resentment toward Eun Jo for that impulsive, hasty act would be a lie.
