Leisurely and relaxed time passed.
The only surprising thing was the noticeable growth of the belly.
“Daon seems to be taking a long nap. Seems tired.”
Eun-jo, sitting on a sunlit sofa in the living room, sipping fragrant tea, slightly furrowed her brow.
“Yeah, should I wake him up?”
Jae-ha, putting down his tablet, stood up from his seat.
“No, let him sleep a little more. I’ve been through a lot since this morning.”
Been through what? Jae-ha, sitting back down, raised an eyebrow. He didn’t understand.
“Don’t you know how many teachers came by? They are the people I hired. It seems a bit excessive.”
“What! Do you know how smart he is?”

“As smart as he is sensitive. Easily stressed. Just playing the piano…”
“Just playing the piano? That’s too much.”
“Too much? Me?”
Well, that’s ridiculous. Eun-jo rolled her eyes.
“As a guardian, I have a duty and responsibility to provide the best education to the child. Hey, Eun-jo, did I tell you? Last night, before falling asleep, he called me ‘Daddy’! I definitely heard it.”
“Yeah, they seem to get along well.”
“By the way, do you know synchronized swimming? It’s essential for survival swimming. You don’t need to hire anyone for that. Once you know there’s a dad to protect you by your side, you learn quickly. I did the same, sharing my experience. Of course, you have to start with the basics and learn proper posture…”
“Ah.”
“Why? Is your stomach hurting? How much?”
Eun-jo, looking at the contemplative Jae-ha, stretched out on the sofa.

“It’s okay. But I feel a bit hungry. Are there any cherries left?”
Before the sentence finished, Jae-ha’s disappearing back was seen.
Whenever she got tired of dealing with him, she just sighed, and it was game over for her, bringing her hands to her stomach.
At over 18 weeks of pregnancy, occasional pain was normal as her belly rapidly expanded.
However, even just making an ‘Ah’ sound made Jae-ha tense, and he stiffened his entire body. He couldn’t even yawn freely.
Moreover, Eun-jo’s long lectures made him more helpless.
Spending a lot of time writing at home until now, he meticulously checked what Eun-jo ate three times a day.
“…You know.”
“Yeah, tell me.”
Eun-jo spat out a small seed into Jae-ha’s hand, and he put a red cherry seed back into her mouth.

After savoring the tangy and sweet flesh, Eun-jo spat out another seed into Jae-ha’s palm.
“Is it okay not to go to the company? It seems like you’re leaving your seat vacant for too long.”
“Not at all. You don’t need to worry about it. I mentioned it last week, but even if it’s not me, there are outstanding brains… Wait, are you Yoon Eun-jo?”
“……?”
What? Eun-jo blinked with big eyes pretending not to know anything.
That’s right, Mr. Kwon Jae-ha. I hope you stop following me around. We’re not even married yet, but you’re glued to me 24/7, watching me all the time. I’m tired, really.
“Ah[Dash] Hey.”
Jae-ha’s expression is sullen as he puts a cherry in Eun-jo’s mouth. Pretending to be indifferent. It’s bothersome, but she couldn’t resist.
It’s planned to stick together for a lifetime, and it’s only just begun.
“Have some protein for dinner. You only had fruits yesterday. What should I prepare for you? Korean or Western?”
Ah[Dash] Eun-jo, who was pretending to have a stomachache again, suddenly realized she couldn’t beat him.

No, she has to give in!
As she approached the stability phase, Eun-jo, cautiously revealing primal desires, dominated as a bad fiancee.
Winning over him during the day and also at night.
Due to Jae-ha, who taught her everything, constantly begging like a water purifier, she had no choice.
“Um[Dash] Steak sounds good.”
“Really? Anything else?”
Eun-jo smiled prettily at Jae-ha, who quickly brightened.
“That’s enough. Thank you, darling.”
Min-ah’s wedding took place as planned at New York City Hall.
However, it was a bit noisy unexpectedly due to three individuals named Alexis.

The camera shutters clicked, and questions poured in, but Min-ah happily accepted the situation.
There was no reason to complain about Jenice, who provided a splendid reception venue.
[Morning Library]The restaurant where the reception was held was a New York landmark with a glass garden full of roses all year round.
The indoors, with vertically stretched glass surfaces to maximize sunlight, felt like spring. The warm air was filled with the refreshing scent of roses.
In the center of the hall, there was a large table covered with a white tablecloth, already neatly arranged with flower decorations, champagne, and basic tableware.
It was more spacious than necessary for the newlyweds who had just finished eating and the few guests.
The adults were chatting with the person in charge of the cooking. They had come earlier than expected to avoid the reporters. It would take a little more time for the dishes to be ready.
The main characters were busy taking pictures with friends.
“Aren’t you hot? Should I lower the temperature?”

“No, it’s okay. It’s perfect.”
Jae-ha’s face handing a glass of cold water was remembered.
When male lead is the homewrecker
“I know she doesn’t love him.”
I’ve read the novel below twice already. Girls, I’m highly recommending it to you!
The female lead? Not a good person.
The second male lead? Not a good person.
The male lead? Willingly plays the third party, breaking up the female and second male lead’s relationship despite all the warnings from his friends—so yeah, he’s definitely not a good person either.
Basically, nobody in this novel is simple-minded or without scheming.
The female lead starts off as the male lead’s secretary, but don’t worry—later on, she takes over the company while the male lead steps back to support her. He won’t steal her spotlight, overshadow her, or dull her shine.
I love novels where men are out here snatching wigs, tearing each other down, and going to war just to win the female lead’s affection. And this is exactly that kind of novel. Most of Hai Dai Ran’s works have this dynamic. You’ll see the male characters’ emotions being pushed to the absolute extreme.
There’s even a scene where the second male lead exposes the male lead online for being a homewrecker. The brotherhood immediately gangs up on him, dragging him through the mud. I find it compelling —it completely flips reality on its head, where usually, women are the ones fighting over a man and getting torn apart by the sisterhood.
For me, female leads in the novels I read should only struggle in their careers, not in love. But if the brainless romantics in the story are all men? I have zero complaints.
I’ve pretty much read all of Hai Dai Ran’s novels and even translated all of them—her works are just my thing. I’ll slowly upload everything here. One day, when my website is official, I hope I can invite her to join as one of the star authors.
Here’s the story synopsis:
