Sung Hyuk knocked and entered the study.

With the large window behind it as the center, both walls were packed tightly with books without a single gap. It was a space overflowing with the tastes of its book-loving owner.

As if proving the saying that blood cannot be deceived, Sung Hyuk also loved books very much. To the point where he had once suspected he might be addicted to printed text.

The reason he read fewer books was because the object of his addiction had changed. The woman named Chae Young In was more fascinating than any book.

He lightly bowed his head toward the man sitting at the mahogany desk, a man with a dignified impression and piercing eyes.

“I’m here, Father.”

Chairman Cha, who had been sitting at the mahogany desk, took off his silver-rimmed glasses and stood up.

“Sit down.”

The father and son sat on the black leather sofa.

“How’s work?”

Last night, Madam Han had called Sung Hyuk to relay that Chairman Cha wanted him to come home.

“I’m in the process of grasping the operations.”

“Any regrets?”

“No, sir. None.”
