“Hye Seong said that Joo Yeon has drugs. And it seemed like she was trying to feed those drugs to Nok Hyun.”

It sounded ridiculous. But at Nok Hyun’s words of meeting Min Kyu, she came to the address he sent, just in case.

As he was about to drink, Nok Hyun snatched the glass from him and placed it on the floor.

Min Kyu scratched the back of his head, seeming confused.

Nok Hyun, meanwhile, answered a call that came in just then.

The call ended quickly, as if he received some sort of report.

Joo Yeon whimpered, pretending to be pitiful, as if to escape the crisis. Tears welled up on her long eyelashes.

Tae In chuckled. At this, Joo Yeon forgot her act and glared fiercely at Tae In.

“So, is she just a female friend? Then why did you put drugs into my husband’s glass? What were you planning to do?”

“Then you should drink it.”
Joo Yeon hesitated. Yu Ran clearly said it was a sleeping pill.

“Sleeping pills? You’re really crazy.”
Min Kyu sighed.

“That’s not what I meant. I….”
“You’re really disgusting. Did you try to feed Nok Hyun drugs and then take advantage of him? And did you use me for such a dirty thing?”
Ju Yeon stopped trying to explain to Min Kyu and looked at Nok Hyun.

Honestly, she didn’t care what Min Kyu thought of her.
