My Husband Fell in Love - Chapter 39
Jo Seo Ha was busy the entire car ride. She pulled a checklist from her large bag, read each item aloud, and rehearsed the outfit order again. She even tried applying lipstick at a red light.
“I’ll do it once we arrive. I’ll get there as fast as I can.”
Before the wheels started rolling again, Kyung Joon reached out and gently held Seo Ha’s shoulder.
“We’re ruined. The youngest is going to finish last.”
“That can happen, I guess.”
Fortunately, traffic wasn’t heavy. Kyung Joon found the only available parking spot and pulled in.
“I’ll just finish this and get out.”
Jo Seo Ha took out her lipstick and a tissue, carefully applying it.
The vivid red lipstick covered lips so pale they seemed almost bloodless. Kyung Joon realized he’d never actually seen Jo Seo Ha properly made up before.
Should I open the door for her? It is a special day, after all.
Kyung Joon got out of the car and tapped firmly on the passenger-side window. Through the slightly lowered glass, Jo Seo Ha looked up at him and twisted her lipstick shut.
“Thank you for driving me. I really mean it.”
Below her tightly pulled-up ponytail, her small, round ears stood out. Kyung Joon noticed the bare earlobes—no sparkle, just a tiny empty hole—and regretted not buying her earrings.
“Shall I open the door now?”
“Since when did you start opening car doors for me?”

Male lead is a Love-Obsessed Merman
When he discovers she has gone, he risks everything to pursue her on land, enduring agonizing pain to transform his tail into human legs…

One-line summary: Male lead chases female lead. The male lead’s love is a bit sick, an invincible love brain.
Synopsis
During a voyage at sea, Jiang Yang accidentally captures a merman.
Servant: I heard that mermen are fierce and brutal.
Jiang Yang looks at the merman obediently rubbing her palm like a puppy: “You call this fierce and brutal?”
Servant: I heard that mermen have no human nature.
Jiang Yang looks at the merman with wet puppy eyes, obsessively calling her ‘A Yang’ like a childish infant: “You call this having no human nature?”
With great difficulty, she releases the merman back into the sea and returns to shore.
Who would have thought that in less than half a month, the merman, who should have been freely wandering in the South China Sea, would shed his scales, endure the pain of losing his tail, transform into human legs, and come ashore to find her?
He kneels at her feet, rubbing her palm, with merman tears rolling down: “A Yang, don’t abandon me.”
