Odette was half-disbelieving, but unfortunately, her intuition hit the mark.

And Odette had vaguely heard about Louis having visited Belvoir Academy.

“It seems what looked like a curse was actually due to the influence of a holy artifact. I don’t know the details since they wouldn’t share them with me… but apparently, it turned out to be an extremely useful case.”

“…Really? Well, at least it’s good it wasn’t an actual curse.”

“Exactly. I was sure he’d earned his keep this time.”

Anne Sophie added a few more words about how infuriating the Theology Department was, and also said a bit about Odette’s upcoming wedding.

They mainly talked about how excited Anne Sophie was to finally visit the Imperial Palace, how much she appreciated the dress Odette had gifted her, and how she’d definitely be pulling an all-nighter since she’d have to leave her post on the wedding day.

“Thanks for making time for me, Anne. I should get going now.”

“Oh, right! Your Highness! I almost forgot again—I have a message to deliver.”

“What is it?”

“Not long ago, I had a vision about you.”

Anne Sophie’s visions came irregularly and, without warning, appeared in her mind in a rather disorganized way.

Because of this, it was often difficult even to tell whether something was truly a vision or not—an absolute weakness for someone as distractible as Anne Sophie.

Consequently, Anne Sophie rarely trusted her own visions.

After all, it wasn’t easy to fish out a genuine vision from the constant stream of thoughts passing through her mind.
