Men of the Harem (137 Chapters Left to Complete) - Chapter 424

“What? Pray for my soul? Why are you already praying for that?”

The next morning. While handling her morning duties, La Til was reviewing reports of events that occurred overnight and muttered in disbelief upon spotting a strange request.

The request had been submitted the previous evening by Empress Aini’s maids from Carissen, who surprisingly asked to offer flowers at Miss Sadi’s grave and pray for her soul.

“Come to think of it, I haven’t asked the Grand Minister yet.”

“They also said they deeply regret their actions and wish to apologize to Miss Sadi.”

“Oh, come on—it’s not that big a deal.”

The servant and Chief Attendant exchanged confused glances at La Til. It seemed odd that La Til kept saying it was fine, when clearly Miss Sadi was the one who should grant forgiveness.

‘That’s because I’m Sadi. Besides, there’s no such thing as Sadi’s grave—she never existed.’

Feeling awkward, La Til called over Sarnet and whispered instructions into his ear.
