Tae Yeon, looking at the packed meals between them, knew Hye Sook didn’t prepare them herself. She opened the conversation.
“Mom, this is just an excuse, isn’t it?”
“Yes, you’re right. It’s an excuse. How else could I come to see you?”
Hye Sook admitted she used the packed meals as an excuse to visit Tae Yeon.

If Tae Yeon had been more amiable with Do Jun, this investment issue wouldn’t have been so difficult.
