As sunlight touched the corners of her eyes, Edith let out a pleased sound and stretched.

The chamber in the villa prepared by Duke Lexion was certainly comfortable, but it still couldn’t compare to falling asleep together in Walter’s bed.

‘Could it be because of the magic power Walter imbues into the child?’

She enjoyed the hazy, pleasantly intoxicated sensation—like sipping fragrant wine—whenever his magic flowed into her. She also loved how Walter kissed her and gave just enough stimulation to keep her from drifting off completely.

Thanks to this, Edith’s health had improved more in the past few days than ever before, and she ran her fingers through her unusually lustrous golden hair to tidy it. She felt certain today would be as refreshing as yesterday.
