Lv.99 Princess of Dark Flames (Completed Main Story) - Chapter 193
Lobby of the changing room on the 6th floor, Aroma Special D Sauna.
“Are you all right, Director?”
Park Je Hwi asked, diligently fanning with a fan borrowed from the first-floor counter. His question was directed toward Shin Si Woo, who was half-collapsed on the sofa.
He was someone so sensitive to heat that he avoided even stepping outside during midday in peak summer. What sudden whim had possessed him to endure over three hours in a sauna hotter than 60 degrees Celsius?
Ordinary people could barely last even an hour in such a sauna, let alone three. Even if an Awakened individual might manage it, for Shin Si Woo—who wielded ice and water—such a hot, dry environment was utterly unbearable. Shin Si Woo himself surely knew that well enough…
‘Why on earth?’
He’d rented out the entire sauna building—had he really engaged in some sort of endurance contest alone with that man, Ethan? Park Je Hwi couldn’t fathom his true intentions at all.
“That guy?”
Shin Si Woo lifted his hazy blue eyes to look at Park Je Hwi. He was asking about Ethan. Park Je Hwi kept fanning as he replied.
“He said he’d go back alone. I told him to go ahead. Should I have sent someone with him?”
“No, it’s fine.”
Shin Si Woo curtly responded, slapping the back of his hand onto his still-feverish forehead. His breath was hot, his mind foggy—it seemed the lingering heat hadn’t yet subsided.
“Is there anything else you need?”
“No. I’ll rest a bit longer and head down soon. Go ahead and have the car waiting out front.”
“Yes, Director.”
An Indifferent Woman is the One Men Desire the Most
One-line summary: The female lead is actually cold-hearted and extremely rational. She has stage-by-stage relationships and won’t two-time, but there will always be someone who secretly likes her.
This novel has the following triggers, so if you’re sensitive to these, please don’t read:
1. The female lead has had many relationships, but she treated each one seriously and broke up properly.
It’s just that the men unilaterally pestered her incessantly. For the female lead, when she doesn’t like someone anymore, she simply doesn’t like them.
(This applies to her relationships with Male Lead 1, 2, 3, and 4 as well, but she’s loyal in each 1-on-1 relationship!)
2. In this novel, Male Lead 2 and the female lead kiss in a car, and Male Lead 1 sees it and beats up Male Lead 2.
The female lead calls the police and sends both Male Lead 1 and 2 to the police station! Male Lead 1 begs the female lead not to break up with him.
3. Male Lead 1 has a gentle appearance but an obsessive personality.
Male Lead 2 has a delicate and soft appearance, slightly green tea-like (two-faced).
Male Lead 3 is a youthful college student and a smart person who has secretly liked the female lead for a long time.
Male Lead 4 is the female lead’s father’s special assistant, a business elite with deep, hidden thoughts.
4. At the beginning of this novel, the female lead has already broken up with Male Lead 1 (Chapter 4) and gotten back together with Male Lead 2 (ex-boyfriend).
5. Enter with caution if you have triggers!!!
I think Si Woo is going to struggle against this guy.
It said ‘enemies’ not monsters…perhaps the villagers are under the scorpions control and considered ‘enemies’
Is this the same ‘mutant’ that the scorpion mentioned? Do those ‘strange markings’ hide something sinister?
