Walter replied confidently. Yet Windsor remained steadfastly cautious.

Windsor fell silent for a moment, then nodded.

Walter pulled out his pocket watch, checked the time, and said, “Our conversation has gone longer than expected. I’ll take my leave now,” before stepping out through the entrance.
