Leblanc? I’d never heard of that variety before. But surely, if I asked the servant, they’d bring it. Thinking lightly of it, I was met with a wry smile and a shake of the girl’s head.

“No, they probably don’t have it here. It’s a bit too bitter for children. If you’d like, I could gift you some tea leaves.”

Though I could obtain the leaves through the Grand Duke or Lady Martina once I knew the name, this wasn’t really about the tea leaves—it was about creating a reason to continue interacting.
