Orpheus blinked dazedly at the sudden boom in the King of the Underworld’s voice. Flustered, he asked in confusion.

With her hands clasped behind her back, she grinned mischievously with Hades’s face.

“When she came to the Underworld, she showed astonishing adaptability, and we’re also extremely close.”

Though Orpheus flinched in embarrassment, Persephone boldly stepped forward.
