“The person you were with at the last garden party was said to be Marquis Lotri—what did you talk about?”

Floria set down her teacup and asked. I replied meaningfully.

“Your Highness, did you know his wife is Lady Sophia?”

“Of course. His reputation is quite famous, after all.”

Her eyes held a disapproving look, as if wondering what business someone like me could possibly have with such a person. I continued, wearing a loyal expression.

“Do you remember the Lady Ankel I saved previously? It turns out she’s actually Marquis Lotri’s eldest daughter.”

“Oh, really?”

Floria frowned slightly. She seemed hesitant, as if worried I might have made a favorable impression on them because of that incident.

“He said he’d like to meet me because of that matter.”

“Will you meet him?”

Floria tilted her head curiously as she lifted her teacup.

“Yes, of course. It’s a wonderful opportunity.”

I met Floria’s cold gaze and gave a faint smile.

“I’m planning to arrange a meeting soon with Marchioness Lotri. That occasion will be an excellent chance for Your Highness to build a rapport with her and solidify your standing in high society.”

Floria silently scrutinized me as if trying to discern the truth of my words, then glanced briefly at Shanna standing beside her. When Shanna gave a short nod, Floria’s lips curled into a satisfied smile.
