Ye Rin sat beside Lee Hyun, attentively listening to the presentation and jotting down key points in her diary that she needed to remember.

Because all the lights in the conference room had been turned off to ensure the presentation screen was clearly visible, she had to rely on the faint ambient light to take notes.

She forced an awkward smile and spoke up.

“My hand just went limp and I dropped my pen. I’m sorry.”

Before Ye Rin’s words had even fully faded, Lee Hyun spoke to Team Leader Go as if nothing had happened.

“Please continue with your presentation.”
