The newly acquired building in Bangbae-dong should be rebuilt into a five-story building. Since it’s located at a bustling intersection, we’ll focus on high-quality tenants.”
“Understood.”
Jinwon was about to leave when Sajun called him back.
“Hyung.”
As Jinwon turned around, Sajun, without taking his eyes off the document, said, “Finalize that dating project, pay the remaining contract amount.”
“You’re not really with Taehui…”
Jinwon stopped himself mid-sentence, worried about saying something out of line.
“Yeah. I’m dating Taehui.”
Sajun, though wanting to boast, replied calmly, giving Jinwon the answer he wanted.
“Congratulations, Kang Sajun! Our CEO finally escaping singlehood. I’m so moved!”
An excited Jinwon approached again.
He offered to treat Sajun if he had time, to celebrate. Or better yet, come out with Taehui. Whether alone or together, he wanted to hear their story.
After Jinwon left, chatting non-stop, the office finally quieted down.
Sajun, sifting through the piles of documents on his desk, chuckled.
“This would be perfect for Taehui.”
The newly acquired and remodeled four-story building was in a bustling area near a women’s university, making it a prime location.
The building, with its retro brick style, housed a bakery café on the first and second floors, a Mediterranean restaurant on the third floor, and a Chinese restaurant on the fourth.
It was a building perfectly suited for Min Taehui, a gourmet who loved food.
Sajun vividly remembered the drunken confession he had poured out to Taehui after his first taste of soju, promising to give everything, including his liver and gallbladder, if she stayed with him forever.
