Benjamin reached out to support her, but Yuricien’s legs had gone weak, and she couldn’t stand up easily. The end was now right before her eyes. It truly seemed as though everything was over. Yuricien gasped for breath. The word ‘apocalypse,’ once utterly unreal, now engulfed her as an imminent, unavoidable end. It felt like being swept away by a tidal wave. As she rambled on, repeating again and again that she truly didn’t understand, Benjamin spoke sharply, as if scolding her.

“Pull yourself together, Yuricien!”

“Ugh… hah…”

“Don’t lose your reason. You said it yourself—you’d find a way. Just like always. You were the one person who never gave up, no matter how hopeless the situation. It’s the same now.”

“Your Highness….”

“You’ll surely find a way. I’ll make sure of it.”
