“We came all the way here just for the adults to enjoy ourselves, leaving the children behind in Sorbi, and now all the fun’s been ruined. Compared to you, Your Grace, who’s spending such affectionate time with your fiancée, the difference is worlds apart.”

Seyard calmly explained how he and Kisa had ended up here.

“It’s not quite like that. I originally came to Matera for my convalescence, and during that time, Kisa went through a lot of hardship adjusting to the patient’s needs.”
