Seeing Reniel’s expression brighten in a strange way, Ianathas briefly doubted whether what he was witnessing was real or an illusion.
But the heat on his body and the smell of blood quickly reminded him this was reality, prompting a soft chuckle.

So Reniel apparently lost all of her memory prior entering the orphanage? Dude, that sounds so suspicious. It’s less like Reniel ran away after finding out horrible secret of imperial family and more like she was deliberately kidnapped and tossed into the orphanage, losing her memory after a traumatic experience.
Uuuh, Tanasis, dude, I think you should’ve come clean with Reniel and tell her the whole truth rather than keeping silence and going around. That won’t do well on the long run, Reniel might assumed he betray her trust when in fact he was well intended and wanted to return her back to her family.
Kek. Ianathas, careful in there. You’re gravitating toward Reniel and by the time you realize, it’ll be far too late.

Og good. As much as I want to see the blooming relationship of Reniel-Felix, Ianatas’ choice will be much better than straight up killing Reniel. The killing choice is definitely going to spark an undesirable war and bloodbath for everyone.
