I Held the Leash of a Blind Beast (1 Chapters Left to Complete) - Chapter 66
“What is it?”
Sabiel looked at the woman who had run toward him.
“Your Highness, the Crown Prince.”
Her silver hair was tousled from running so hastily, and her cheeks were flushed. Seeing her green eyes, Sabiel feigned recognition.
“Well, who might this be? Wasn’t this the one who so bluntly showed how much she disliked being summoned to the Crystal Palace? And yet, it seems you had something you needed after all.”
When she couldn’t reply right away, he sneered.
“Did you miss my embrace so much that you came running the moment you saw me?”
Giggles sounded from the surrounding crowd. There were too many onlookers. Karina felt two opposing urges at once: the impulse to slap Sabiel across the face and the desperate desire to cling to him and reveal the existence of her child.
“Your Highness, the Crown Prince.”
When Karina straightened her posture and bowed respectfully, the three women beside Sabiel—one on each arm and one on his lap—regarded her with curious eyes.
“Who is she, Your Highness?”
“Hmm….”
Seeing Sabiel look at her as though she were a stranger, Karina’s heart sank even deeper into despair.
‘What kind of fair and discerning emperor is this?’
How could there be talk of marriage when the Crown Prince himself behaved like this?
