Rebecca Twins.

She was Cedric’s ex-wife, a remarkable woman who made him detest women.

As a minor antagonist, she only appeared briefly at the beginning of the novel, solely in the role of aiding the real villain, ‘Camilla’, who was her former maid.

Why only at the beginning?

That’s because early in the story, Rebecca is forced to divorce Cedric and gets locked in a high tower.

“Though a minor antagonist… she was far crazier than the villainess Camilla in my opinion.”

Rebecca’s obsession with Cedric was beyond imagination.

Driven by immense possessiveness, she sought to know everything about her husband, Cedric.

And she loathed anyone who approached him, regardless of their gender or status.

In short, she was an extremely obsessed woman.

The peak of Rebecca’s obsession… was the ‘conjugal relationship’.

Exhausted by Rebecca’s obsessive behavior, Cedric naturally refused her advances.

Rebecca, in her desperation to engage in a conjugal relationship with Cedric, resorted to summoning a dark wizard and sacrificed a half-demon, only to be caught red-handed.

The wife of Duke Twins, akin to the leader of the half-demon community, using a half-demon as a sacrifice was enough to shake Cedric’s solid position and strip away his last bit of mercy for her.

Consequently, Rebecca was forcibly divorced and locked in a windowless tower, not to appear again until the latter part of the novel.

“If only it had ended there…”

The real villainess, Camilla, continued to inflict misery on the female protagonist, Robellia.

The problem was…

From that point on, ‘Rebecca’s biological father’, Duke Bold, began to support Camilla’s evil deeds.

This revelation eventually triggered Cedric’s rage.

In the process of punishing Camilla and Duke Bold, it was discovered that Rebecca, before being locked in the tower, had long aided them.

Mistakenly thinking it was all orchestrated by Rebecca to regain her position as Duchess, Cedric sentenced her to a special punishment.

‘Being locked in a tower without appearing much in the novel, what an unfair fate!’

However, considering Rebecca’s background as Duke Bold’s daughter and her early support for villainess Camilla’s deeds, it seemed inevitable that she would face such consequences.

“Whoever holds a grudge against Rebecca may personally execute her without facing any charges.”

As soon as Cedric announced this, numerous half-demons gathered at the tower where Rebecca was imprisoned.

They destroyed the tower, shot flaming arrows, and cursed her.

Rebecca’s deranged laughter and final words as her face melted in the flames were chilling even now.

“Hee-hee! Ha-ha-ha… Cedric will forever be… my man… Hee-hee!”

It was a clear indication of Rebecca’s pathological obsession with Cedric.

Midway through the novel, unaware of the full story, the protagonist Robellia worried if Cedric couldn’t forget his ex-wife, Rebecca.

To which Cedric said:

“If there really is a heaven and hell, I will surely go to heaven. Because that woman will definitely be in hell.”

In summary, to Cedric, Rebecca was ‘a woman he never wanted to meet, even after death.’

Two days since I was left alone in this unfamiliar place.

It still didn’t feel real, but I had to accept that I had fallen into the world of the novel I had been engrossed in.

The main content of the original story was this:

The protagonist, Robellia, one day witnesses her close friend, the villainess Camilla, and her husband Henry, in an act of infidelity.

‘Just like my situation before being transferred.’

However, the adulterers in the novel were much more shameless.
To protect her home, Robellia struggles to the very end, even against attempts on her life.

While fleeing, she ends up in the forest of the demon world, where she encounters Cedric, already divorced from Rebecca.

He’s the alluring, kind, capable, and remarkably celibate Duke of the North with mixed demon blood.

“Of course, Robellia herself was originally the mistress of a count’s family, but to find out the owner of the Northern Dukedom, her second husband, was… It’s like hitting the jackpot.”

This meeting leads Robellia to become the governess of Cedric’s younger half-sister, Bianca.

Thus, Robellia grows her love with Cedric, turning her fate around…

“But why me? I too witnessed my husband and best friend together, so why have I been incarnated into a villainous supporting character?”

My frustration was overwhelming.

Not just any villainess, but the obsessed, insane Rebecca.

While the protagonists were nurturing their love, I, Rebecca, had to quietly stay locked up in a tower and finally die engulfed in flames due to someone else’s mistake!

“Ah… This is really infuriating.”

I gulped down the champagne I had just asked the maid for, and then suddenly glared at the ceiling.

No, more precisely, I glared at the god who might be beyond it.

‘Wow, isn’t this too much? What happened to my five hundred won thrown in the fountain?’

Fuming internally, I tried to calm down and leaned back on the sofa, sighing.

Male lead says he’s pregnant — and it’s  female lead’s child

Is there a hidden reason behind her amnesia, or could it be a side effect of her sudden arrival in this strange new world?
