It was inside a cave in the desert.

Timothy added firewood to the flames burning inside the cave as he spoke.

“Hard to say. It might not even have been a day—or it could have been several years.”

“What are you talking about? Several years? Then there’d have been more than enough time for another monster wave!”

“I hope not, but we can’t rule out any possibility.”

At Alan’s words, Victor roughly ran his fingers through his gray hair. He leaned back against the cave wall with a heavy sigh, but sleep wouldn’t come.

Tens of thousands of dungeons appeared on the system window alone. Yet so far, they had only explored about ten.

How long would it take to get through all those dungeons? A suffocating, helpless feeling weighed on his chest.
