No one asked where she was going, as everyone was asleep. The basket was quite substantial due to the size of the pies.

Milah silently watched Stella, holding the basket, walking towards the garden, looking out of the window in the dark room.

“She’s really a strange person.”

In Milah’s hand, holding the brooch Stella gave her, she stared at Stella.

Stella placed the picnic basket with the pies at the entrance of the castle and decided to wait a little.

If they meet, she’ll give them, and if not, she’ll take them in.

Stella was so lonely that she wanted to talk to someone she didn’t know well.
Standing in the garden, she didn’t care if someone was watching. Giving food to a hungry and weary junior knight seemed like a reasonable thing to do.

A voice came from above the tree. Stella turned her head to find the source of the sound.

The voice came from a branch not far from where Stella was standing. Sitting on the branch were Ark and Esta, along with a land fairy she hadn’t seen before.

Though they weren’t human, it was nice to see familiar faces.

“Who are you guys?”

Stella asked with a curious voice, looking at the fairies she was seeing for the first time.

“This is Oton, and this is Iber. Oton is a fairy with strong autumn power, and Iber is…”

“It must be winter.”

Stella predicted the seasonal power of each fairy by looking at the clothes worn by Oton and Iber.

Despite Esta’s annoyance, she reluctantly climbed up the tree, lifted Ark, and jumped down. Even though Ark covered his eyes with both hands as Esta carried him down.

“But what’s this smell?”

The land fairies gathered around, sniffing near the basket.

“Oh, carrot pie. I made a pie with fairy carrots. Want to try it?”

“Wow! Yes!”

“I love human food! I love pie too!”

Amidst everyone’s enthusiastic cheers, Stella took out a carrot pie from the picnic basket.

It might not be as delicious as when it was freshly baked, but the scent became even more appetizing as soon as the basket lid was opened.

“Wow!”

Originally large, the pie looked like a round table in front of the fairies. The land fairies exclaimed with admiration while drooling.

“Can we really eat this?”

“Yeah. I saved some for the poor people. This is all yours.”

“I’m excited!”

As soon as Stella finished speaking, the four fairies rushed towards the pie. Although there was a moment of hesitation about whether to cut it, the fairies skillfully cut the pie with their small hands.

“It’s really delicious!”

“Wow! It’s much tastier than just eating carrots!”

“It’s the first time I’ve eaten something so delicious since I was born!”
The land fairies smeared their mouths with sticky carrot puree and chattered excitedly. Stella watched the land fairies eating hastily for a while before getting up from her seat.

“I think I should just go in today.”

“Aren’t you giving us pie? You said you would come today, didn’t you?” Ark asked, wiping his sticky mouth roughly with the back of his hand. Now, not only around Ark’s mouth but also his hand became sticky.

“I guess I’m late. I was planning to leave it here and have you pick it up later.”

“Should we inform them?”

Ark asked with a serious expression while sucking his finger. Stella wasn’t sure if she could entrust the pie to Ark. However, since there wasn’t any other option, she answered yes and was about to go inside.

“Starting from tomorrow, I’ll just hang this basket in front of your place. I’ll fill it with food, so when you’re hungry, come and eat. If the basket is empty, I’ll refill it for you.”
