I Decided to Let You Go (Completed Main Story) - Chapter 46
As I opened the door and stepped inside, my eyes met those of Kail, who was lounging carelessly on the imperial throne.
The Emperor, showing no courtesy whatsoever toward his visitor, wore nothing but a loosely draped robe. Beneath the glittering chandelier, his golden robe shimmered radiantly.
“What time do you think it is, summoning me here when I’m busy?”
A slurred remark slipped out between his tilted jaw.
Instead of responding, Zieghart strode firmly across the red carpet. He halted before the throne at the foot of the low steps and knelt down, gazing up fixedly at Kail. The crimson serpent slowly scrutinized his insolent opponent.
Though flustered by the relentless stare, Kail maintained his pretense of composure, withdrawing the hand that had been propping up his chin and resting it atop the armrest.
“Now that I think of it—does a duke inspect every letter addressed to his wife? That’s devotion beyond the ordinary.”

My Step-brother Is Obsessed With Me (Female-dominant)
A gentle female protagonist vs pitiful in the early stage, and a sick male protagonist in the later stage
Cheng Songer transmigrated into the body of a vicious cannon fodder female supporting character with the same name as her in a female-dominant novel.
In the original story, the cannon fodder female supporting character was inhumane, committing domestic violence, gambling excessively, being lustful, and even wanting to sell her stepbrother to a brothel for money.
As luck would have it, she just happened to transmigrate at this time.
Seeing Cheng Qingzhi biting his lip, enduring the tears in his eyes, looking pitiful, her heart softened.
She stuffed the money back into the Madam’s hand and reached out to him.
“Brother, come home with me.”
